We have enjoyed working once again with Seddon on this project and in particularly Frank Horrocks whom once again has proved to be a top rate Site manager. St Georges Primary School, Barrow in Furness. (Seddon Construction).
Now finished and the result is very pleasing to this Listed Building refurbishment and extension. A very much indifferent approach has been required on the project due to the works needed to keep the building in sync with its listed properties. Slate walls and Sandstone are part of the finish and we are all pleased withthe finally result. (Completed)

DW Fitness Centre, Blackpool DW sports is owned by Dave Whelan of Wigan Athletic and Rudston are more than happy to be working on this premier fitness and sports complex. Works commenced on 25th May 2011 and are now finished. (Completed) New Apartment Complex, Lancaster. (Seddon Construction) Rudston commenced works in June to this large apartment complex in the heart of this roman city, the build is traditional with an external skin of reconstituted stone. (Seddon Construction) Sub-structure work commenced on this 50 bed care home in the Warrington suburb of Lymn, on the 10th of July. We are pleased to announce the completion of our works to this new hotel and restaurant in Staffordshire. The hotel is now open to the public and we wish all who stay there a comfortable night behind our well-built walls. Site Manager Dave Platt quoted “Multibuild and the Client (Whitbread) are over the moon with the end product. Superstructure is now completed to this state of the art school in Walney. Weather can be an issue on the island but we are quite confident that we will deliver a quality job within programme time. Jason pownall has taken over for the finishing duties on this site (Completed)

Apollo Cinema, Rhyl. Works started to this cinema on 23rd May 2011. Joe McGowan was the foreman on this site and he will be once again working along side his brother Billy. (Aus-Bore) Anthony Dagnall has been looking after this prestige new house build in the highly sought after Tatton Park area of Knutsford. The Prinical Contract or specialize in these type of builds and their recent clients include the likes off Sir Alex Ferguson. We aim to provide another high spec. package. (On-Going) New Bury Hospice, Bury. (Seddon Construction). We are please to announce that Rudston have commenced ground work to the new Bury Hospice Site on Rochdale Old Road. Steve "Sammy" Stewart is in charge for the refurbishment and extension to this well known Edinburgh Hotel. Ashular stone and the like will be used to keep in trend with the existing buildings of Scotland’s Capital City. (On-going) Stanley Road, Bootle. (Seddon Construction).

This new hotelin the heart of the sporting town of Loughborough is now nearing completion. Lee Armitage has been in charge of this project.

Student Accommodation, Brayford Quays, Lincoln (Multibuild) On Monday 23rd May 2011, Rudston commenced work to phase 1 of this 3 phase project. The Project will involved the alteration and refurbishment of three large buildings set near to the quay side in the heart of Lincoln. The Buildings will now become a major student residence as well a popular social scene consisting of bars and restaurants. Patrick Hayde was our foreman for this project. (Completed) New Housing Project, Hattersley (Seddon) New build bungalows commencing 08/06/2011 in stockport. (Completed) Red Bank House, Radcliffe. (Seddon) Once again working with Seddon on this project, We aim to deliver quality work. 40 plus new-build apartments are to be housed within this 3 storey building in the Bury area of Greater Manchester. Superstructure commenced on 1st Aug 2011 (On-going) Gen-Probe Laboratory, Wythenshaw. (Wimslow Building) Rudston have been asked to deliver some remedial work to this former malaria research centre near Manchester. (Completed). New Bungalows, Langley.
